ING 1/2 Marathon Training

    Okay, lace -up those running shoes and hit the pavement. Everyone should get in at least 3 x 4 mile runs this week. Don’t get behind in the training and have to play catch-up.
    Go ahead and send in your registration for the ING 1/2.
    4 mile run this afternoon at Riverside 5:15 PM

    Been running, getting in base miles, but I’m on schedule with mileage. What are ya’ll running as far as pace on the organized runs?

    Hey Erin, no matter the pace,I’ll run with you if you will come to the training runs and pace you at appropriate pace.

    I ran three times while in Cayman and swam in the ocean three times. I’m on target! Plus my right arm did a lot of lifting..great drinks!
